Formentor Software

Love the VZ2 Formentor hybrid, took delivery of the car, set up some personal settings in the Infotainment system and a SOS software issue developed and the car is back at the dealers. Sounds like I am not the only one to have issues.

Welcome to SCN, sad to here you are having these probs, I have had my Leon 3 months now and it has worked perfectly, except for front reg plate falling of due to non sticky pads. All screwed on now and getting used to the lack of buttons and using the menus more than you should.

Hi I have also a hybrid Formentor and recently I've noticed in a part (located under passenger seat) that I don't know what that is .... tried several forums and no one knows what that is.... I have pictures of the part. It seems to be very exposed, so I'm not sure if they forgot any protection or something like that.

The undernoted picture is a cutaway image of the hybrid Golf and I dare say the Formentor would be the same or very similar. That being the case, then the unknown part in your pictures is probably the DC/DC high voltage converter.
