FR clutch pedal feeling

Yesterday I tested new leon 1.2 tsi and 1.4 tsi fr. I did not drive them. Just compare without driving. I compared clutch pedals and gear shifting feelings. At 1.2 tsi clutch pedal is softer. Also Feeling of changing gears does not like to fr's. As a result I found FR more harder. Now at this point I want to ask to FR owners. Is it really difficult or tiresome to use new Fr?

No I think the gear box is great in the FR and the car is a dream to drive!

As above! I have found the gearbox and clutch on my FR great to use!

No mines nice to drive the Gerard box feels precise and clutch is well weighted fr for me !!!!

Just taken my new 1.4 fr for a spin and whilst the clutch pedal feels perfect, the gear box feels a little notchy. I'll give it a few weeks to settle and wear in but if no better then a trip to the dealers maybe.

Picked mine up today as well. Done about 50 miles or so and the gearbox seems pretty slick so far.

Well the gearbox just needed to be run in slightly as now it feels nice and slick, all notchiness gone!
