I've got to order the car on Monday and after lots of consideration i have decided to go either Crono Yellow or Emocion Red. I think the car lookd better in brighter colours.

I drove all the way to Milton Keynes the other night to see a yellow one and liked it. But today i saw the Cupra in Red at Cheshunt Motopr company and normally im not a big fan of red cars but it did look like a beast and has got me thinking.

Basically im away this weekend and need to think about which colour, so a pic of front and side of a new leon in Red would be much appreciated.

Thanks :)

Some good pics there. I'm having the same problem mate. Test drove a Crono Cupra tonight, but might bottle it and go for the safer Red option.
Which did you decide on?;)

Go for Yellow!!

You have got to go for the yellow, the colour shows up the lines of the car so well.
I was going to get the emocion red until I found out you could get it in yellow. The dealer had one in yellow in the show room and it looked stunning especially with the tinted rear windows, also it doesn't seem to show the dirt that much which is a plus if you don't get the time to clean your pride and joy that often ! You can also find it the car park very easily !!

I've ordered a red FR TDI, expecting delivery next week.

I've been worrying that I should have gone for the more neutral metallic colours. Almost every red car I've seen since seems to be old with faded panels. However, it looks great in the gallery pictures.

Why does every car these days seem to be silver or some dark colour? I remember the 70s and my Dad's orange Morris Marina.

All non-metalic colours fade, that's just what happens to them. :(

Of course, a decent application of good quality polish every 6months / year will bring it right back up to its showroom shine :D

Thats where people go wrong, they don't polish their cars! (lazy!)

I ordered red having had a yellow Ibiza. I regretted ordering the red when I saw some pictures of the yellow. Now I have the car I love it in the red. I think both colours look fab in all honesty. I certainly get heads turning.

Get some chrome wing mirrors on it Jon, that will finish it off. Chrome mirrors on the yellow look superb!

I prefer the brushed aluminuim effect mirrors to the chrome ones,

Yellow definately turns heads, but also attracts a lot of idiots
I think emocion red with the black rear lights would look spot on!
