If it could be done I am sure some clever leader would have done it by now.

hi,

i have 2.2 on my new se copa but it only seem to have 5 digit postde searches, am i missing something?
i search by address, go to the uk and then start typeing in the postcode, when it gets to the 5th digit it then wants to search for the street.
its deffinatly 2.2 as it show on the boot screen when starting the car.

Press the post code button in the bottom corner rather than in-putting by address as this will only let you put 5 digits in, using the one in the bottom corner allows for full 7 digit post codes

No probs, thought the exact same as you! I even rang the dealers angrily only to be left red-faced by not looking at the obvious (although not at first) post code button
