FR TDI Vs LCR

I find 4th a brilliant gear too.. Especially on the commute leaving a 30 and nabbing a few slow lorries/cars on the acceleration.

I have the same problem - choosing between the LCR and FR tdi.I had CUPRA R - it was tdi as you all know.It's true from 0 - 100 km/ph it's not so good,but the 100 - 200 km/ph,vario, i must say, there is no match to it.It was like a rocket.Not to mention the consumption 7/8 l. per 100 km.I hear that the 2.0 tdi motor is a piece of crap .It burns oil and it smokes.Is this true?
Does the FR tdi have a good transmition,or should I say the same transmition and engine dynamics as my CUPRA R?
What about the gasoline consumption of the LCR? How much does it really burn The brochure says 8/8 per 100 km.-combined?Can this be true ? I seriously doubt it

Remember that a 170bhp tdi can very easy become 204 bhp with 420nm touque

OR
212Bhp with 420+ torque if you go for profile 2 of Super Chips remap!!

it will be slower if you look the max speed.Otherwise it can use its nm's - 430 in a bigger range,so the cupra will have to maintain 4500 - 5500 rpm,to keep up.Not to mention the fuel consumption

I had many races not on tracks,in the traffic.I can tell you that cars ,much faster,more powerful and more expensive than the LCR,were left in the dust.I won over CL 63 AMG,EVO 8,Imprezza,not to mention pieces of crap like,some BMW's,Audi's, the more ordinary cars wich , basically i dont see.I am talking when you race between the cars,in the traffic,when the torque counts.It's normall for the LCR to smoke me on the higway,because my biza dies on 200 km/ph

Many people react that way, including the owners of the cars mentioned above.It's kind of dull to buy a car for 60000 eur and get beaten and humiliated by a diesel for 20000 eur
Questions like "WTF is this" "Is it really a diesel" are often used
Mind that I am talking for a race in traffic,kind of like fast and furious
I can't match these *******s on highway or isolated tracks,but in traffic they suffer

a) You will not beat an Evo/Scooby/AMG in a 200bhp Ibiza. Look at the stats.

b) My conclusion is this. You may have beaten them through the traffic but YOU were going one way and THEY were going the other

Exactly. I asked a simple question regarding the differences between my current LCR and my forthcoming LFR TDI. How it degenerated into a racing thread with some clown talking sh1te i do not know.

Does anyone have the timing for say, a 40-60 mph comparison??

Look asshole.I am telling the truth.What you belive or not is your problem.You find it hard to believe cause you probably can't drive.Also in England as far as I know there is 98% camera coverage,so you will never learn.If you go over 140 km/ph the authorities most likely will penetrate you so deep you'll have trouble speaking.

You are not telling the truth you are lying. These people would blow your yellow machine into the skys if the wanted to. Explain how and when a diesel ibiza has more pull than an AMG Merc? Did they know you were even racing? Cos if they did and wanted some you would be in the daisys. Do a google on an AMG and see what you THINK you beat.
