Front door/window seals

Gent,
Ive just bought a Leon Fr 07
Didnt really notice until I got it home that the front door/window seals have perished, is this a common fault or a one off? Are they easy enough to get holt of and replace?
Any info would be great.

Maybe go on the mk2 area of the site?
This is for the all new just released mk3
