hi ive got a 1.4 S just on the look for a new splitter, what will fit?

GTI or Cupra sport ones will fit and look better. IF yours is a post facelift that is.

its a 99' been looking on ebay for a gti one but no luck will the mk3 golf ones fit?

Get a gti splitter. Im sure they are less than £30 from the dealer.

Ive got one on my 1.4 and it looks much better.

ive got a cordy sx one... needs a bit of trimming/modifiying but it sort of fits... havent got round to screwing it in perferctly yet but looks ok cost £18 ish from Seat

im 120mm on my gti and it still looks high example

mine looks like that on the curbs i can get up ive dropped mine 120mm on the front and 70mm ish on the back but i want the back lower and dont know how low... Pete whats yours on the rear?

i like the splitter im 90 all round cant get 120 without massive scrubbing aparently the gti has wider wheel arches ?

i dont get much rubbing on the arches and im on 16's only when i use quite abit of lock going right, or when taking round abouts at speed...

Thanks dude, it had dishes (to make 8.5J rears and 7.5J fronts) but had to sell them

i dont get how you lot get it so low without issues with subframes and wishbones :| my subframe is insanely close to the floor!

you can pick up brand new gti splitters for £19+vat!

I was much lower lol, but needed to get to work at the time lmao
my sump was lower then yours by miles too (being ABF) but was fine, just gotta be weary
