Fuse Box Wires on Battery

Does any one know how the wires come out of the right hand fuse box on top of battery as I want to change battery box etc.

You don't need to take any wires out, the top assembly unclicks and rotates and then lifts away far enough after you have unbolted the battery +VE post.

Or do you mean that you are changing this top part as well?

Changing top part as it’s broken , so got a complete unit bottom tray ,sides . Top part and cover . Going to replace my old one completely

So breaking up the old top's plastic will do no harm, when you compare this old one with the replacement you might find out a lot, maybe this section plugs/unclips?
