Has anyone (past or present) had any issues from dealers and subsidiaries connecting to the gateway, for some unknown reason mine is locked out meaning they can't get in.
Long story short: cracked screen Autoglass to replace & re calibrate ADAS, couldn't get in everything came up with red X " not configured", booked in Monday 20 June, they carried out "code & adapt gateway control unit" charged me £66.00 but wouldn't show me on there equipment the results I'm not convinced they have fixed anything, awaiting next slot to have windscreen replaced can't wait
