Gearbox issues

My 17 plate 1.4 fr petrol manual has conked. Whilst driving earlier the car was hesitant in releasing the electronic handbrake (always in auto mode).
I got home and now it won't go into gear, also clutch pedal is depressed to the floor. I took out the seat extended warranty so am awaiting the breakdown bloke. Any ideas?

Probably slave cylinder clutch

The mechanics released the clutch pedal he reckons air caused it.
I'll book it into Seat get em check it out.

Yea so probably the slave cylinder has failed and air has got in the system so no clutch
