Hi all new here, just wanted to ask a quick question about my 2006 1.4 sport (yes its dated and standard but been a solid car up until now). Anyway my gearbox has just gone after being told it was the clutch and after replacing the clutch 
now i found a gearbox online but its of a 2012 plate seat ibiza same engine would anyone know if this would fit my car as i need the car ready for work Monday and unless i order 1 and wait for it this would be my fastest option so yea. Cut the long story short would a 12 plate gearbox fit a 06 plate or am i just hoping for to much thanks all
