Getting a cable behind the stereo

I am about to fit an aftermarket stereo complete with sat nav and reversing camera. I have to get a video cable complete with its RCA connector to the back of the new stereo. Ideally I want to get it from the stereo out towards the right, passing over or under the steering column, but have so far failed to get a draw wire anywhere that I reach it. Is there a route to do this, if so how? I can get the draw wire about 18 or 20 cm out of the hole at the lower right of the plastic box the stereo will go into, but no further.

In the end the answer proved delightfully simple. I had been trying it with a flexible electricians draw tape, and with a piece of fairly stilff electical wire. Neither worked. The answer was a length of curtain wire. The sort little old ladies used to use to hang net curtains and hide behind to spy on their neighbours! With a screw eye in the end its just right as it stays straight till it hits an obstruction then bends to go round it. The route is from the lower rignt hole in the plastic box, passing below the steering column, through the space where the OBD port is, then down behind the trim covering the bonnet release, From there wires can be hidded behind trim all the way to the boot.

Once the stereo arrived I found that in addition to the rear camera cable I had cables for the microphone, an extra USB, the GPS dongle and the WIFI aerial to route. I discored that I could also route them from the upper right hand hole.
