H3 Osram Night Breaker Plus

Hi,

I bought the above instead of HB4 for my fogs, so there no use to me anymore, one packet is open but obviously never used. Bought them for £13 anybody want them for £10 and al send them off on Monday for you?

It's stupid my manual and the website I bought them off said H3's. :-(

Ahh.. I am sorry to hear that. It's weird, though, that your car's manual would say H3 instead of HB4. If it were me I'd go to the dealership and see what's up with that, since they just cost you some money, whether a large or small amount doesn't matter, and it wasn't your fault.

I have Osram Nightbreaker Plus H1 (high beam), Philips Xtreme Vision (low beam), Osram Cool Blue Intense (sidelights W5W), and OEM fog light bulbs. Do you think whether Osram or Philips fog lights would actually make a difference, especially brightness wise so they would match my dipped beam and sidelights?

Well funnily enough am off back next Thursday to get my speakers sorted out! Lol. Well I have all osrams. My side lights are slightly blue but the rest or White but not really really White. Maybe If you had all the same make then I would make a difference. Why did you go for diff bulbs?

Well, when it comes to car accessories and just about anything related to my Leon, I tend to do long researches before buying and installing anything, and my research resulted in the Philips Xtreme Vision being better when it comes to dipped beam (H7) bulbs. And um, they actually match the color of the Osram main beam and sidelights, so that's a plus! None of them are pure white, but more like yellowish white, perhaps 3850K - 4000K.

I went ahead and purchased Osram Nightbreaker Plus HB4 for my fog lights and they're definitely better than the OEM ones in terms of brightness and distance. I'll take a picture tonight of all my lights.

Cool. Al post mine up once I fit them tomorrow. Yeah 8000k are properly White White. Yeah I went for osrams because I didn't want a massive difference just a little whiter and better visibility and I can't fault them
