Hard First Start when car stay 5-6 hours

First Hellol im new and i from Bulgaria srry for my english is not good. So for the problem My car is Ibiza FR 1.9 131 BLT engine

I try 2-3 years to fix this first start and nothing.Change evrything and same...
1.Change head, new o-rings, new bolts on injectors, new Tandem Pump(Bosch), temp sensor is cheked, no leaked, new pump in tank, the shaft is cheked and evrything checked and nothing...
If my tank is full no problem but if 1/2 or small

hmm Do you need to have error in vag com or not ? No erros in vag com And if try to take out for sample ?

up it's can be possible the sensor to be ****** without errors in vag com ?

Might not throw a code, it's not an expensive part to swap out.
