Headlight Woes

I have just found out the hard way that there are different size/shape headlights for the mk2 leon, I'm now trying to find the correct part number for an new OS/passenger side headlight for a 2006 mk2 SEAT leon stylance 1.9tdi?

Whilst replacing both front headlights I ordered the following:

Drivers side front headlight - 5P2941005D - Valeo 43339
OS/passenger side headlight - 5P2941006D - Valeo 43340

The drivers side is the correct part and fits as it should, the passenger side is definitely the wrong size as the bumper no longer fits correctly on that side which is a bit bizarre as they were ordered from the same company as a pair..

Any help appreciated.

That is the correct part number. Do you have a bit of a gap or is it a tight fit. You have some adjustment on the bolts.

I did spend some time trying to adjust both sides to accommodate, its possible I didn't do this correctly but the issue seems to be the light is physically a different size:

On picture 3 the measurement here is about 1/2 an inch longer than on the other side (7.5 inches total length), its possibly not clear from the picture but the clear plastic of the headlight extends down below the bumper line.
