Heated Steering Wheel

Just picked up our new Mk4 CUPRA Leon Hybrid VZ2 hatchback at the weekend. Our car seems to be missing the heated wheel. There isn’t a steering wheel icon on the wheel itself just a phone symbol and a blank plate on the opposite side. When in the climate menu it’s also not there. Am I going mad or have I missed something?

Yeah, I’m guessing the price list is incorrect and the VZ2 doesn’t come with a heated wheel although the dealer said it did. I’ve messaged them to check. Here is the price list below.

Ignore the comment I deleted, I missed the other bit.

Looks like its a typo, sadly Seat have been notorious for getting these things wrong. For Ages they said the 4Drive Mk3 had a LSD, and it doesn't.

My wife didn’t want the car as it didn’t have heated seats, can you imagine what she’s gonna be like when I tell her there isn’t a heated wheel either . At least we can pre heat if the app ever works . I’m with you on this as it’s probably a typo. I’ve seen people reject cars for less than this. I’m sure we’ll keep it but disappointing if they can’t even get their brochures right.

Pretty sure the pre-heater isn't a UK option, it's a separate option for really cold climates....

It’s not a pre-heater that’s missing, it’s the heated steering wheel. As it’s a hybrid, you can preheat the car using either the battery or your mains power if it’s plugged in but that’s completely different to the heated wheel.
