Parting with a fuel guzzling low powered Focus ST225 and going more family orientated. Getting a Leon FR 184 estate this coming week and thought I’d join the forum for some hints and handy tips

Couldn’t handle the high teens low twenties mpg anymore or the over £300 a year road tax . Didn’t bother me before but lately I got fed up and wanted something better for long runs

I know what you mean I don’t use my Leon cupra for driving to work anymore I have a focus vignale which does 57mpg apparently. It’s only done 200miles so far and the best I got was 43mpg driving it in normal mode haven’t tried eco mode as it’s slow enough as it is without putting it in eco lol
