Help fitting Bluetooth mic & cd player - leon mk1

Recently purchased a Bluetooth cd player which came with an external mic and I am at lost as how to install and route the mic and where to actually put it.

The car in question is a leon mk1 (2001). It already has a aftermarket cd player, so I’m fairly confident that the new cd player will just be a straight swap with minimal fuss, but would appreciate any help on fitting the mic or a link to a guide anyone has.

p.s in the top right and left corner of the car, there are what appear to be two small mics - does anyone know if they are actually mic's i.e factory installed or just duds, will post a pic up as soon as i get the chance.

The things in the corners are most probably motion sensors for the alarm and most definitely aftermarket, for the mic, why not put it next to the head unit, so it's facing the indicator stalk! As if mount it to the side of your interior you'll maybe get interference/feedback from the tweeters/speakers.
