Firstly, thank you for allowing me to join this forum.
I've recently taken delivery of my 3rd Leon ST (via the motability scheme). For me they are an excellent choice, with a great balance between space, comfort, reliability & performance, coping admirably with my requirement to carry a wheelchair/mobility scooter. The adjustable boot floor height to create a flat loading bay is particularly useful.
So far, I've had a 1.6tdi SE, 1.4tsi fr & now a 1.5etsi fr - all with DSG gearbox, which is the smoothest gearbox that I have ever driven.
I'm still getting used to all the new tech on my latest model - particularly the lane keep assist. Living in a country area with mainly single carriageways, I'm finding it a bit frustrating that I must turn it off every time I start the engine, otherwise it regularly triggers the "drive in the centre of the lane" warning! Many good new features have been added though, & I'm looking forwards to giving it a good "test" when we finally are allowed to travel for pleasure.
