Holding down subwoofer

What do people use to hold down there subwoofers in there boot?
I have tried heavy duty velcro but no luck, the acceleration is to much and it falls over all the time lol.
I have a Seat Cupra 290 MK3 STAGE 2 (Elite Remaps).

On the MK2 there are metal hoops built into each corner of the boot (I forget what for). I used a bungie cord through these hoops to hold the sub in place.

Oh yeah, so they are. They seem pretty sturdy... they've been holding my sub for 4 years now.

cut out some MDF or the like and cut it so its an exact/snug fit across the boot area/floor and bolt/screw to that. you really don't want the sub unsecured in an accident.

Rachet straps around the box and into the corner hooks.
