Can anyone shed any light on this please, how do you clean this between the bumper and the underside of your headlamps - looks worse on a white car - any advice gratefully received.....

It looks too thin a gap to get a cloth in there. Ideally Seat should have obscured the headlight glass there or a piece of foam used to close the gap.

Headlights would need to come out, which is a bumper off job.

Thats a big job !!

I tried wrapping a microfibre cloth around an old credit card but couldn't squeeze it into the gap. Think Seat should really have thought about this with a foam seal or blackening out the return flange part of the headlamp lens as mentioned before - looks awful on a white car !

I used my (clean) alloy brush. The bristles are fairly solid so squashed it flat in my fingers then jammed it in and ran it along, took a couple of attempts but got all the bugs out.

Yeah, I cleaned mine with a brush. That was after attempting to fit a plastic knife wrapped in a cloth underneath.

I used an air can to get the bugs out the back too.
