How to set the 5v USB port to be constantly powered

Is this something that is done through the Ecu if any one has changed this can you please go in to detail about how to set it. Or if it's something I've simply over looked in the setting menu.

Springrollz post appears to be relating to the 12v accessories socket (the round cigarette lighter one) and not the 5v USB socket so don't think that suggestion is going to help you with your USB socket power issue unfortunately.
