ihi removal

hi can anybody give me any hints or tips to remove the ihi turbo and manifold from my ibiza? And what sort of time scale to do it?

Could really do with the info A.S.A.P

Jabba manifold?

drivers side driveshaft out. (hub nut, bottom bj, gearbox drive flange)
Downpipe off
oil return and water feed and return off (drain water)
split turbo hotside housing from turbo
remove oil feed line from bearing housing, and drop turbo off.
Remove turbo hotside from mani.
Unbolt manifold from head.

If these are not enough, you shouldn't be doing it

it took me 2 days to fit a k03s turbo lol ...as the amount of crap u have to take off is unreal

Thats only because Danny decided to chuck the oil washer over his garden fence lol

Wilko cheers what sort of time to do it

I can get to the point where I unbolt the manifold in a coupe of hours. Probably another hour to get the mani off. You need to bend a couple of spanners though.

abysmal to spanner one of these. I wish you all the best.
expect to find some less than flat surfaces and look for cracks around the collector area. mine was riddled with them.
