Interior lights stuck on 07 Cupra Mk2

Hi, I did post this last year but no replies, my interior lights are stuck on 07 Cupra Mk2, had to remove the bulbs. Any ideas? Thanks

Im guessing if its anything like the mk1, it could possibly be a door catch mechanism module.
But no idea which one.

Do they switch off if you turn the light switch off? Mine had a similar issue but would turn off on the switch, I sprayed some switch cleaner in it and kept toggling it on and off and it started working again

If it was a door I'd suspect itd say theres a door open on the dash
