yea thought id do a lil old vs new pic could of stuck my mums mk1leon in the middle but she wasnt home and light was starting to fade.
ive always said 265bhp would be enough but my inner kid says get a stage 1 slapped on2 her lol
need to see about a new armrest aswell. fella who had the car b4 me snapped 1 of the hinges and it kind of rattles a lil while driving

I like the mud flaps on your R do you know if they are standard mk2 mud flaps and are they a straight on the Cupra bumper?

I think I heard someone saying there was a fix kit for the armrest, from seat I believe. I'm sure it would be cheaper than a new one but if you do buy a new one your old one will sell for £80od

would you believe the fella i bought the car didnt even notice the 2nd little mud flap further round the wheel arch and he had it over a year lol i had mudflaps on my diesel and it didnt have the 2nd smaller flap so im guessing the factory fit for cupra r came with both. we can certainly say the previous owner didnt fit them aftermarket lol
i might wait till after christmas and splash out on a remap. seems to be almost every1 on this site has 1 so surely it cant be that bad for the car, that would be my biggest worry

thanks ill have to look into it and if all else fails i have an armrest on the old motor so ill give my mum my broken 1 and take the good 1 off it haha ill have to do some internet trolling 2moro when im off work

I'm going to keep a look out for some mud flaps for the winter to try keep the crap off the back of my car.
If you use a well known tuner like APR or Revo you won't have anything to worrying about.

yea i hope to get it delivered and fitted before titanic dubs on the 28th of this month as my car is effectively standard without it lol but hey ive only been driving it since friday averaged a healthy 18mpg on way home from work this morning was best £10 of fuel ive ever burned up on way into work i was getting double that though lol

i seen you have to register your car do you know who to call or where to register at? be sure fill up with some good fuel before making the trip 97 super is best you can find here

yip i sure am i registered my car while back just to be sure id get in lol did you register? or are you just going to show up on the day?hopefully the weather is a bit better than it is atm lol but hey if it rains non stop till then we would be due a few dry days lol

its always the way sure. everyday that ive washed my new car its rained about 1hr later and left it looking like it did before i washed it lol
though if it rained on the way up id rather it rained the rest of the day as car would be bogging then. but i guess everyone would be in the same boat.
seen them rinse less shampoo's for sale but ive never used anything like that before

few more additions to the car
fitted the triple r splitter sets the car off and also got a set of mats from ebay as it came with plain black 1's which werent worthy of a top of the range motor
