kvw100 autowindow problems

hey guys,
i bought a KVW100 module for my ibiza mk4 pre-facelift
the car is 3door hatchback, and i've checked that the CCM module works with the kvm before buying it.

anyway, i set the iginition to on, plugged in the module, after couple of seconds 3 beeps, all ok
but the autowindow feature doesn't work, and now the sunroof won't open correctly from inside the car, it always opens all the way out and never closes.

any one has any thoughts ?

update:
i tried to replug it and it seems like the autoclose only works on the sunroof and the sunroof problem fixed.
still the windows don't work.

Have you tried resetting the window positions?

Press the window switch until windows are fully down and hold for 10 seconds then close the windows all the way up and hold for 10 seconds after the windows are closed.

If this doesn't work, then you may need to ask your supplier.

KVW100, from memory, take s alot longer than a few seconds to work. It beeps just after plugging it in, then beeps again up to 2 minutes later to signal that it is done.

unfortunatly, my kvw100 is not from ECSTuning, which was my first mistake, i got it of aliexpress for 35$
instead of getting the original one. it does not support the uninstall feature.
i'll get a new one from ECS tuning once i get a refund.
