Lambda Reading

Hi everyone,
My car appears to be overboosting by quite a bit. It's getting up to about 24psi. When compared with another leon cupra r which is running standard boost it's exactly the same acceleration/speed. I know this isn't an exact science but Id have thought if it was mapped then it would pull a little more.
Either way I've been starting to investigate.
I did a quick log of the requested/actual boost and it seems to be requesting around the same as it is producing. I did a log of block 032 and got the following results. Am I right in saying that according to the results given the car is running massively rich? (I would have expected the opposite with 24psi of boost).

TBH that doesnt really give much info, Just because its running more boost than a standard one, doesnt mean it'll be quicker. Theres no issues if its Achieving the boost its requesting. However, 24psi, on stock rods??

Here's some logs from Saturday, not quite 1k-7k but it gives you an idea of what's going on (3rd, 4th and a bit of 5th)
