Bill offers std discs with a grooved pattern and also had a deal set up for 2 piece design IIRC, not sure the 2 piece was that popular but they may still be available
I've been looking for aftermarket disc's but can't find any except Bill's or standard from Seat. But i'm not a fan of Bill's (ATE Power) groove design.

They work well si, is it just the pattern you dont like? it's got another function, iirc, Billl will correct if i am wrong, once the pattern fades disc is @ Min thickness, very easy to see then, even when walking past

will the ap ones last a lot longer and be better on track. One day at the ring and the discs are f****d! Brakes are very poor from above 70mph now and there is a really loud droning noise from them - no vibration though? I am running ds2500 pads - would these still be ok on the ap's

cooked fluid and glazed pads perhaps... ALL brakes worked hard will drone. its the way things get when they're >600'c hot.
DS2500's are fine on AP's and other disks.
Got decent brake fluid in there?
Remember how heavy a LCR is.... not even 323 brembo's can shed all the heatload.
Consider Motul RBF600 as your next brake fluid.. Very high temp fluid. What I run in my ibiza and cured my boiling brakes.
I run AP's yes... at the moment.
