Right I bought my leon a year ago with this clutcj already fitted. Its not slipping or high and is working as it should. Lately though when I am in gear generally slwoing doqwn or stopped I pus hthe clutch right to the floor but it doesnt disengage fully and im still being dragged forward. Its not enough to stall the engine when I brake but enough to plow into mavis at the zebra crossing should I forget... I dont know if theres a connector to the cabling that that can slip after time and just needs to be retightened or something? I also read something about the fly wheel being on the way could cause this...

Any help would be appreciated :)) and aorry for my dodgy english. This tablet isnt worth thw light

Sounds like the clutch master cylinder is on its way out, it's a hydraulic cylinder that is inside the gearbox, mine went a couple of years ago with exactly the same symptoms as yours, only about £45 for the part but bad news is that gearbox needs to come off to replace it.
