Leon Sticky Door Locks

My rear door locks (mainly at one side) stick sometimes and often don't lock or unlock with the remote.

I sprayed WD40 in and it cured the problem temporarily in the past but won't help anymore.

Anyone got any ideas what i should do? Maybe the door lock motors need changing?

I have had, on the odd occasion, three of four doors unlocking but it happens very rarely. Anyone?

Try some spray grease instead. WD is a solvent, remember.

When Im using my button to lockthe doors when im in the car (Leon) all the doors lock... then, half a second later, the passenger door lock opens again....

Have to lock and un-lock 3-4 tiems before it STAYS locked. Tried opening and closing to door.. but it didn't help.

Anyone else had this problem?

My rear passenger door has been randomnly doing this, however now it is completely jammed shut and won't open at all. The inner door handle won't open it either as presumably it is deadlocked shut. From a search I notice a few people have had this but there doesn't seem to be any real solution. I reckon I can get the door card off, but I think the lock mechanism is behind the inner door trim. Any ideas?

I'm just glad this didn't happen when I had my MOT a couple of weeks ago as presumably all the doors need to work for it to pass.
