Maf reading

Hi people,

Could anyone tell me what should the MAF reading be on my mk1 lc??

stage 1 remap on mine was peaking at 179g/s

Cheers mate, i haven't had mine remapped yet as it is running rough when could, mine flucuates between 250 and 350, is that a knackered MAF or normal?!

When i have mine read i was told it flucuates between 250 & 350 while ticking over????

if your mafs reading that much, your engine will be overfuelling causing it to bog down.

maf reading on stock lc should be 145-155 I'd guess

What block are you logging to see between 250 & 350?

Sam - Only circa 211 BHP from your stage 2 at 169??! id say poor map, poor mods! should be more like 240 fine spanish paelia eating horses!! Chop chop, get it sorted!!

he measured maf on idle... you need to log it to see what its running

oem map is circa 145g/s

yea im sure that is the maf readingm il go do it again to check! It does run bit better once warm and has only ever tried to conk out when ticking over????
