Metal pedals

Hey everyone,

I have seen many different pedal options for Leons, but they all seem to be for the manual version.

Does anyone know where I can buy a good set of metal pedals for the DSG FR?

Thanks!

Look on vagparts.com it lists them for a mk5 golf which is identicle to a leon as regards to pedals. there are dsg ones listed £9.45 for brake and £46.45 for accelerator plus vat.
Its a uk site and many have bought from there on here:D

A dead pedal is the part on the far left, which is basically a plastic footrest. Is called "dead" as it has no function. As far as I know dead pedals in metal are hard to get for a right hand drive. Seen them in r32 golf style, and lhdrive like a golf gti mk5.
search fr mk5 gti pedals and there are many pictures guides on here,

I like the R32 style, but otherwise I suppose it will have to be Golf Gti since pressumably they are the same fitament as both have the DSG box...

MkV GTI pedals fit - I boguht a set off ebay for £40 all in.

Make sure you get the DSG specific accelerator as it has a big green switch underneath the pedal (you t see it in normal use so don't worry that it will look awful!) for kick down... I know the DSG kicks down itself without you flooring it and therefore doesn't appear to need a switch but there must be a reason for it having one... Play safe...
