My MFD shows my speed in KMH, is there any way of getting it into MPH? I've been into the settings but can't find anything on changing that bit... :(

Cheers

They're required by law to display both units. Seeing as the speedo doesn't have KMH on it, they put it on the MFD.

You can change it with Vag Com though, by changing the country code.

Oooohhhh.... I didn't realise that. It should have an option to switch between the two though, that's rubbish!
Oh well, through lack of VagCom I'll put up with it lol
Thanks fella!

I believe it's against the law for them to let you change it as well :)

It's the fact that the Leon clocks don't have KPH on them, I bet the Mercs that let you change the digital units still have fixed markings on the actual dial?

If I remember correctly, changing the country code to ROW (Rest of World), swaps the small kph readout for outside temperature all of the time, and adds a large mph 'screen' which can be found in amongst the economy figures etc.

I'm pretty sure (but I'd have to check to confirm) that it adds a tickbox to the setup menu to toggle the large speed readout on and off too.

I swapped mine a while ago, and in all honesty, didn't find it that useful, but that's not to say others wont though :)
