Mk1 Leon Cupra MFA question...

Hi folks, just recently picked up an 02 Leon Cupra and was quite surprised to see it has no MFA function.
Just wondering if this was a standard item or if a previous owner has possibly replaced the indicator stalk with the wrong one?

No switches on the wiper stalk? MFA is controlled by the the wiper stalk.

Nope, it's just a bog standard stalk with intermittent wipe speed adjuster.

Where about in the Borders are you? I'm just outside St.Boswells.

im sure its facelift models / R models that came with the MFA would be nice to know whats involved with getting one retro fitted

My 2001 dont have it either As said think its only Facelift that got them in Lc form

I'm from Kelso, so not far away.

I always thought the MFA was standard on all cupra models, it seems not.

I work for Merc in coldstream so out of Kelso most the day.

actually looks easy as all leons have the outside air temp probe so we just need the clocks, stalk and some wiring and then all the coding, possibly make this a summer project so long as i can get the parts cheap enough
