I would be looking at a wiring diagram for the car to find what is common to all these devices. I think you have a bad relay or a bad sensor reference voltage - something like that which results in all these sensors failing. I would not replace the MAF at this point. Get a copy of a wiring diagram and begin looking into possibilities. You can buy a subscription for one day access to the SEAT factory repair info on the erwin.seat website. You should be able to view the wiring diagrams for your car on that web site.

When you find the common element, begin your search there. You will probably need to use a DVOM (Digital Volt Ohm Meter) to trace the problem.
