My 2015 184tdi uses OEM - 5Q0819031B Valeo.
Heater matrix's are very seasonal in pricing - I found it much cheaper buying it in the spring/summer rather than winter price. Obviously if you need one - you haven't got much choice, but if not urgent I would wait until May/June.
I'm using NRF - 54342 who are a long established Dutch heater core manufacturer. Quality looked good - although it was fractionally wider than the original which meant the end cap was a little tighter to fit - no big deal though. Working great.
I paid circa £32 in the summer - and the same matrix was more like £90 the previous winter. Quick google and it's currently about £50.
If you rather an easier way of buying it, maybe check up on ECP website, and others like opieoils, as I'm sure that I found either or both of them sold Valeo branded ones for at least a 2015 VW Polo when I was checking up on the AC heat exchanger and so bumped into the coolant heater matrix.

Valeo part number is 715303, looks about twice the cost of the NRF number I shared previously. Around £80-£100.
The OEM part 5Q0819031B looks like its priced around £130+
Personally I don't go anywhere near ECP - currently they have the Valeo matrix at £159.24!!!
