Okay, So I've Decided To Start A Readers Rides Thread,
I Own A 2000 Mk3 Ibiza, That I've Owned For 4 Months.
I Really Love Cupras, So Im Kinda Making It Into A Replica,
This Could Turn Out To Be An Epic Fail, or Epic Win, But We'll Soon Find Out lol.

Okay These Pic's Were Taking First Day I Got It

I know lol, Needs Some Work,

The Previous Owner Installed An:
Exhaust System
Cd Player
Rear Sound System
But... Of Course She Took Everything And Left Me With Her Name On The Bootlid (it can be seen under the "S" Logo on the pic of the rear) Lol So Ive Decided To Call The Car Erika.

So It Was Time To Get To Work:

Removed The Iron Board, I Mean Spoiler

De-badged the Bootlid

Got A Standard Front Splitter

Installed A Cd Player Into Glovebox

No Pics Yet, As Needs Some Re-wiring, Thanks To OJ For Clearing Up The Wiring Problem.
Will Re-wire 2moz.

LCR Splitter
Starfish Cupra Alloys
New All Round Speakers

Today Kinda Pushed Me Back,
The Cupra Wheels I Was After Got Sold,
Bit Of A Bummer, So The Hunts On For Another Set Of Wheels, Never Got Round To Fixing Wiring On Cd Player Due To Weather Being Icy Cold.

ya would love some cupra style, but hard to find, specially in ireland, and delivery is a bit much
so thinking might have to pass them up, not sure on a price just yet. was looking at some 16" rs6's earlier.

i've got my eyes on the JOM Coilovers, Looking at 50-55(maybe 60mm) drop, anyone own these coilys before? hows the quality?

Okay So Today I Went On An Alloy Wheels Hunt, And Found These, Which Are Tempting, Cus White Sets Of Any Car Nicely. Just Hope Its Dirt And Not Scratches On It
Can Anyone Confirm If These Will Fit An ibiza?
Multi-fit Im Sure Will Fit, But dont wanna dosh out 250quid lol, Just in case

Interesting colour! Never seen one in that green colour before. I like it!

A 100 million trillion times better you got rid of that scaffolding from the rear!

As said above, new wheels is a must!
Some aero wipers front and rear would be good.
Dunno if it's just the camera, but looks like a proper good clean with decent polish/wax is in order too!

Nice little car you got though, plenty of potential!

Aero Wipers? I Actually Never seen them, Just Heard Of them? Whats the difference? (im a noob probably for asking that lol)
It Does Actaully Need Cleaning, the weather has just been so bad lately, havent got anything done

Always takes me months to find wheels, glued to ebay for weeks! lol

Basically the 'sciencey' point in aero wipers is to give more surface contact between the wiper and the screen, with less drag, and a better 'push down' on the screen as the wipers move, therefore creating a smoother wiper action.

But in styling terms, it makes quite a big difference, giving a much cleaner look to the car. I always say that people without aero wipers have mechano wipers, lol.

you'll see my old ibiza with the aero wipers on the front, and then scroll down and you'll see my Leon before I changed the wipers.

And yeah I hate this weather for cleaning. Although what I did is gave it huge big clean at the end of the summer and put paint sealant on, and I can go 1 - 2 months without washing it, and (aslong as it rains) still looks like it's just been washed everyday!

Took off the standard splitter, to make holes ( like cupra's) lol,
then will Color code, and then LCR Splitter

been sick the past 3 days, so nothing been done, weather is still really bad,
but im after some Hids, Anyone know what size bulb i need?

If I get round to seeing if I can get my headlights painted, I'll come do yours cupra stylee. That'll make it look lovely. In the meantime, take a pic of the headlight and post it up, someone'll be able to tell you. It's either H4 or H7, depending on how many reflectors you have (1 or 2) I've got 2, so it's H7 Whats up with the front splitter modding then?

Eh Gonna Get This Splitter Done, Then Get It Sprayed, Then LCR Splitter. Then Either Alloys/Hids.

still working on the splitter, nothin has been done, as waiting on tools to arrive from a lazy mate,
getting paint and primer on tuesday for it to color code,

Inside: inside is rank, due to lending car to my uncle for a week, he works on a buildin site hence the dirtyness of the car, also he broke my door handle

Moneys A Bit Tight Lately, So I Had to Go off the road. Plus My Nct (mot) is Up, And I Think the Car Needs A Little TLC to pass.
