I have exactly the same sound and problem with my mk4 Ibiza Petrol Fr.

Low boost it just flutters all day long, but as soon as you hit around 1 bar right up to 1.6 bar it will dump hard them flutter soon after.

Car is pushing around 250bhp and 305lbs torque but will find out again at the RR day at AmD.

Have usual mods like SeatSport Cooler, open cone filter, turbo back milltek non res with sports cat, forge recirc valve, stage 2 AmD map, stage 1 helix clutch.

Interesting to hear the result!

Should also mention that I have yellow spring but n75 and n249 are totally removed though. :/

So there's nothing to stop you using as much boost as you like?? Has this been set up for you?

Well the Boost was set via AmD's stage 2 map, but as regards to boosts spikes, never been over 1.6 bar. Usually around 1.5 bar at most if going for it in the right gear.

Well my forge yellow spring turned up (free of charge) =) and im still having the same problem. The yellow spring seems to be doing fine tho in the DV =) been to SEAT and the N249 valve is £55 +VAT and the N75 is £36+VAT i asked if i bought both can i return one of them if its not the problem and he said no , so im going hopfully meeting up with one of the local R owners this week to try his N75 and if its not that just go for the n249 bypass =) Any ideas on where the N75 valve is ;)

It's the one attached to your TIP just next to the DV, has two other hoses attached plus a little electric cable.

do a "Go Advanced" reply, then copy and paste the log into the window. Then highlight all the text and click the little icon with a # symbol above the text box.

How have you logged it? Just driven around with the logging on for a bit? Or have you done a 3rd or 4th gear run from low revs to redline on max throttle?

If you've done a power run as described then just find the section with that bit in it and copy and paste those lines. Otherwise, try copy and pasting half at a time into separate posts. Don't forget to use the # button as described.
