When was MY22 start getting produced at factory?

My dealer has said there are no model changes to the VZ line up for MY23. Curious if that's accurate or not.

I went back again to try and prise more info beyond the screen size and all they said was there are no new colours!

My dealer was equally hopeless and just got told, it will be the same shape as when you ordered.

I asked the specific changes around model year and the response was:

"I have been informed on the Formentor MY23 and there are no changes to the VZ models."

Let's hope they don't manage to magic a build week for this month for my VZ3 order back in March. I quite fancy some free matrix LED lights.

I've asked the question to the dealer and awaiting a response.

But from what I gather the VAG Group MY change is usually for September cars. So August build week onwards. Give or take.

The roof lining could be an instant update due to the situation with lack of parts.

Talked to my dealer.. At least in Romania the MY23 will have the 12'' default for VZ only

Hopefully...they implement they have implemented these changes already. Would love my v2 to come with black headlinging and 12" screen. my build week was last week BW22; however on monday the dealer said it was still being built.

I'm in the exact same boat as you bud, V2 & would love the 12" Screen and black headlining.
Phoned dealer today who confirmed Build Week 22, however car is stuck at factory & being held back for unknown reason, no further update available.
Advised that mid-July delivery is likely to slip to late July.

I hope this isn't a stupid question but I've had a V2 Hybrid on order since October last year with no build date in sight (2 estimated build dates previously given and now don't have one at all), what happens to my order if they change over to the new MY23? Like, do I get the older spec as originally ordered or does it automatically change over to the newer spec and what happens if the price of the car goes up with the spec change? I'm hoping that I may get the 12" screen and the black headlining.

According to a leaked document published on line, due to the ongoing Global supply chain issues, the MY23 will feature analogue instruments, manual aircon, no DSG available, wind-up windows, halogen lighting throughout, a pushbutton radio-cassette player and traditional manually operated handbrake.
It will however feature a new design of dynamic indicator:

They use to stick out. You'd give them a push to get them back in. Seem to recall that was a rear passenger task. You'd get an instruction from the front.

Your spec would upgrade or downgrade to the newer one. price of the cars went up in april. your order price stays the same.
