Yeah, like Formentor has Full Link as a standard... Oh wait, it is not standard and not retrofittable.Just use Google maps or Waze!
I think there's a general feeling that after paying 30-40k for a car, one should be able to use the in-car tech. And that tech should be comparable to the tech from cars within the last 10/15 years.Just use Google maps or Waze!
It's as standard in the ukYeah, like Formentor has Full Link as a standard... Oh wait, it is not standard and not retrofittable.
Not in Germany. Got VZ e-Hybrid and I hate every moment with that car. Sadly, dealers are offering very low price for this car, otherwise I would have sold it months ago. I talked with Cupra Official, and they lied to me, told me that car had Full Link. Later on they told me this car doesn't have it. After buying the car I spoke with several Cupra specialist services and most of them told me that Full Link is not available on this car, and cannot be retrofitted, and some others say it is a known software issue and could be solved via next update, but since May no solution. It's as standard in the uk
As does mine. Same in the app, too, which is driven by Google maps I believe.my satnav offers two or three options with the expected travel time

Managed to get to what looks like a Google Maps screen in the app which did have more than 1 route but it did not send the chosen route to the car. Not managed to get more than one option in the carAs does mine. Same in the app, too, which is driven by Google maps I believe.
It does [for me], but not in a timely manner. I've had notifications pop up the day after I've sent them to the car. It's pretty pathetic, frankly.t did not send the chosen route to the car

Because the built-in SatNav is so bad with UK postcodes, I went to the trouble of putting a load of favourites in the app, then refreshed. About half of them ended up in the car, some of them were mangled, then they proceeded to disappear over a period of days.
In fact, I can replicate nine times out of 10 the error people are talking about over here just by sending something to the car from the app.
It did send a route to the car but not the one I chose
Mine did that lol! Same here, haven't used it since. In fact the last time I tried to use the sat nav, it didn't recognise the postcode I entered, so ended up just using Google (on my phone though as the car wouldn't pick up android auto). Unfortunately nothing surprises me with this car anymore, you kind of just grow to expect things to not work properly.
I haven't used it since it popped up the same route on my screen five days on the trot. Ridiculous.
Yep, that's also broken and wasn't fixed by the recent update to 1898 for me, either. You can't navigate to a contact's address because it won't recognise a postcode and throws an error.it didn't recognise the postcode I entered
Mine wasn't even trying to navigate to a contact, it was simply entering the postcode into the search destination screen. It wasn't a new area or anything like that, and Google took me straight there so it's clearly possible.Yep, that's also broken and wasn't fixed by the recent update to 1898 for me, either. I have the same problem. There’s a thread around here somewhere about it.it was simply entering the postcode into the search destination screen
