Hi

I need a bit of help on how the front mount intercooler pipe is
connected behind the engine.

I know its the one that runs behind the engine then goes down
to the turbo.

Does this have to be cut to allow the new pipework to connect
to the turbo.

thank you in advance.

Its not that hard, the upper boost pipe (with n75 and DV connection) goes down again behind the engine and is connected to a rubber hose (which tend to leak!). Rubber hose goes to pancake pipe > rubber hose > SMIC

Hi

What I need to know is I need to remove that pipe work and fit
my new pipe to the turbo.

Do I have to cut it or is ther a joint before the turbo..

thank you.

Hi

I think I have asked this wrongly..

I am fitting a front mount inter cooler.

The pipe work that came with it gave me a pipe that
runs from the passenger side up past the battery and air box
and then goes down to the turbo where the pipe you described is.

Thanks again

Ahhh :) I have the Toyosports kit, so we need to get an answer on your question :) This is my setup:
