New Battery Time - Which Battery?

I need to get a new battery for my Seat Ibiza Chill 1.4 (2002 - 51 plate). How do I find which spec battery I need?

Looking under the hood I can't see anything written on the battery other than Tudor ES & TU3 ?

I got one from an independent tyre firm locally and it was much cheaper than national firms. It was made in Brazil and had a 4 year guarantee . . . try phoning a few - they have a list of them as do Halfrauds... I chose one with best power, price and guarantee - some were only 1 or 2 years. Cost about £45 but that was 4 years ago. Does it say in the little manual?

i would imagine it would be a standard square size known as an 063 but if you have room and want some back up power use an 065

Is there any point paying for a known brand? I imagine they're all made in the same factories any way?

Is the key thing to look out for the warranty that is offered?

Go to Euro Car Parts and pay £35 for one, it will be a decent Bosch one :)

A search on Euro Car Parts brings up these two Bosch batteries for my car. Any idea what the warranty is like on them? They seem suspiciously cheap to me though...
