inside fuse box under staring while I found this wirie, and I wonder if anyone knows why someone will do it for?and if that can be some sort of problem? Just want to ask you guys before I start taking off all panels to find where is going to. The cable is going out from slot 55. Thanks

Doesn't look standard to me. I think the only way to really figure it out is to follow the wire. Although aren't dash cams normally a piggy back fuse? That just looks like an inline fuse.
