Just thought I'd say an official hello to the forum even though I've been here a month now and my visits are increasing by the day.
Basically I bought a 54plate platinum grey Leon cupra FR TDI 3 weeks ago today.
It had 87k when I picked it up and has clearly been looked after judging by the amount of paperwork and evidence of service history which is always a plus.
This is only my second Seat ownership, I had a TDI Cordoba vario about 9 yrs ago but that was totalled by some incompetent Transit can driver.
Other than that I'm coming from a very long line of VW's....at least 20 I reckon plus a multitude of other non VAG (and shite) marques.
I've always liked the mk1 Leon styling since they were released and as my other current car is a mk4 PD130 Sport estate it kind of made sense to buy one instead of throwing more money at the mk4.
In a nutshell expect to see a lot more of me as modifications and tweaks are inevitable and I'm a sucker for a car forum and I wouldn't be surprised if a few of the other users on here didn't recognise my name from ukmkivs or golf gti forum.
