Not convinced on spacers:think: , but I did ask and they didn't have any. If I could see how they locate, and providing it all looks secure I'd consider them:)

Really need to keep the standard wheels come trade in time.

Like Superleggaras, but still not sure on thin spoke wheels in any other design than standard. Good quality tho

Compomotive's would be cool in 18's :) think that would be big enough for that style of wheel

Mate, spacers have been used on all sorts of cars since b4 u were a baby...They're safe.

Getting some new wheels for mine right now..17's look to small. Going for some 19" OZ Superurismo GT's. Good quality wheel..its worth the £1350 for them.

Wheels make or break the look of a car...Quality is Key.

tbh, dont think the leon suits a multi spoke wheel, or a thin spoked wheel, just doesnt look right, black with polished rim loks abit ok in multi spoke, as the rim is the most eye catching

That's fair enough mate, looks and wheels are both very subjective

I wanted these:

But no go without spacers and the guys I got them from weren't prepared to go down that route

Christ alone knows what happened to the customer always being right

Iv seen alot of different wheels on all cars...and leons..Its what i used to do..sell wheels lol.

Multi-spokes deffinatly look the dogs on leons...In the right design...And wheels with lips and dishes..Only problem with wheels with dishes is, they look smaller due to the wheel design.

But at the end of the day...Personal preference is the key.

Dished rims are great..Iv got sum on mine now. All depends on the look u want. Multi-spokes head more towards the motorsport look. And dished rims, more of a prestige/gt theme.

Nice design, but the centres are a little to dark. Dark wheels are awesome. But still reckon that the centres should be slightly lighter. Loving the dark grey coour of the Evo FQ340'S AND 400'S. Toying with spraying my new Oz's that colour.

Never been fussed on the look of Konig wheels. Mate has them on his evo engined colt..and they look a little iffy. Some wheels just instantly give off the look of quality. In my opninion, konigs dont quite give off that image. Not sure what it is, as they are well made, the design is nice also.

My main issue with spacers is I hadn't seen how the hub centrics locate, and remember those cack old cast or stamped plates with elongated holes.... nasty
Got no problem with hub centric ones tho

I'd really like some dark rims with polished dished lip, but this kind of design seems to move the spokes towards the problem calipers, as the dish pushes them in from the edge of the wheel

been in r-tec again today for the best part of 2 hours trying just about anything that would go on to get an idea of required back spacing. Must say I don't think I've ever dealt with such helpful staff when looking at wheels: ) but nothing I like or even don't like fits.

I've found a wheel, but will need the centre bore machining if its the final choice.

Enquired about the Sportecs at AmD, but they are pricey, and naturally AmD will not budge on price
