Hi. Just had a tow bar fitted with 13 pin plug for caravan. On way home, I turned on the radio but no sound whatsoever. Same for Bluetooth connection to phone. Too late in the day to call towbar fitters. Tried changing radio/amplifier fuse but same problem. I’ve been told there may be a secondary fuse box in the rear of the car. Firstly, is this the case because I can’t locate it? Secondly, would anyone have any other possible reasons and more importantly solutions to this problem? After multiple ‘issues’ with the towbar fitters, I’ve lost all faith in them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
