Oil Leak but where from?

New copper washer on the sump plug will sort that, but thats a serious leak you got there, I'd get the undrside pressure washed/steam cleaned as thats the only way your going to diagnose the leak.

its strange because I dont have to top it up. Oil level seems fine and had dropped slightly but im putting that down to the slight leak on the sump plug but that seems minimal.

Unless its from a previous leak i dont know but i would of thought it would of dried up by now

it is all very strange.... if you aint having to top it up then its hard to say where its coming from.....

a few ideas.... some one had the car jacked up on a trolley jack changing the oil , left the oil tray under the car and lowered it and the oil went everywhere!...

.... someone decided to paint used oil on the underside of the car as a rust proffer....

...... previous owner bottomed out the car and took the sump out causing the mess....

.... your car maybe a relation of herbie! squirting out oil as a defence mech!

get it cleaned up and park up over some clean cardboard and try and pinpoint it!

found this! and the whole side of the pipe just fell apart when i touched it lol. oh and also my top mounts are completely and utterly shot lol

oh and front discs and pads are gone so got a bit of a shopping list on the go this month...I was about to buy a nice 46" plasma tv as well
