My granddaughter has broken our car!
The rear seat belt just will not retract and this is a problem as that's the side her booster seat is located.
The belt is fully extended and I can just about get it to retract about 3" before it stops.
I just can't get the belt to retract any further ...................................... the spool just doesn't want to work.
This is pretty urgent.
Any thoughts?
The belt mechanism appears very awkward to get to.
I've removed the plastic trim above it, but that still doesn't give me much access to the mechanism.
Any help would be very gratefully received.
