Paint code.....

Hi, frustratingly got a chip today..... ?. Called Seat to get paint code which is apparently y9t..... Thing is when I go on chip repair kit websites.... It list a couple of colours, mythos schwarz, mythos black or black..... I'm assuming they are all the same actual colour and just listed slightly differently, is that right?

Did you look at service book or in boot? there should be a sticker with color code.

If you go to a paint supplier they can get the code off the white paper label in your boot and mix you a tin.

I've got the paint code it's Y9T........got in from Seat. Thing is I've been on chipex website and they show three colours against that code, mythos schwarz, mythos black and black....... All listed for Seat...... Just want to check they are the same and perhaps called different things for different years......

I have the same colour car and got audi mythos black ly9t. It does have several names.
