I think something is up with my 2008 Leon. Front bulb started acting up and one back light bulb died, and now I discovered the passengers side front wiper is dead as well. (I'm in EU so that would be your drivers side me thinks, unless they install them the other way around as well). Anyhow, not sure what is going on there.

I found one similar topic where they said the wiring has gone bad. Unfortunately I don't know how to open up that part of the car to access wiring and wiper motors. If anyone has any pointers or a diagram that would be helpful.
Also, are there any fuses or relays connected to it since I can't find it in the diagram I d/l from the net. I only found for the rear viper motor. No mention of the front.

Remove the wiper arms and trim, you should be able to see the motor units.
Check to see if you're getting voltage to the motors, you'll know if it's a bad motor or bad wiring.

Your drivers side wiper arm is held on with a left handed thread, so be careful with that.

Mine passenger arm went and it was the fuse. Seperate fuses for each arm. Just check the fuses....can't remember off top of my head the number but if memory serves me right its in the fusebox under ze hood.

Oh didn't know that, thanks for the heads up about the thread. I assume that part is the same regardless of EU/UK steering wheel position.

Thanks. I have a list of fuses under the hood and none seems to match anythinhg resembling left and right wipers :/
